Dear Friend,
Somewhere between growing up and growing older, many of us quietly stopped playing.
We became responsible.
Productive.
Busy.
We filled our calendars… but forgot to leave room for wonder.
Yet some of life’s most meaningful moments happen when no one is keeping score.
When we laugh until our cheeks hurt.
When we dance in the kitchen.
When we walk barefoot through the grass.
When we run into the wind simply because it feels good to be alive.
Playfulness isn’t childish.
It’s one of the purest expressions of a heart that feels free.
This week, give yourself permission to laugh a little louder, wander a little longer, and do something simply because it brings you joy.
Your heart has been waiting for recess. 🤍
Wherever you are today, may you find the time to play and have the courage to take one more step. I’ll meet you on the path.
With love,
Clarissa
