As a spiritual energy healer my aim is to reconnect you with your true self to promote balance and well-being. Guided by intuition, and the love in my heart, I draw on universal life force, or divine, energy to support you where you are now in this moment. I channel this energy to where you most need support. I have been a practicing healer for more than 20 years, and have learned a lot over those decades. I intuitively blend energy healing, Reiki, crystals, sound therapy, oracle cards, and more to guide you towards a balanced body, mind, and spirit.

Each session is uniquely tailored to your individual needs to ensure a personalized experience. Guided by intuition, and Spirit I incorporate any, or all of my techniques into your session for your highest good, and healing.

Initial Consultation: We begin with a brief discussion so I can understand your intentions and the areas you’d like to focus on. I then go within for guidance, and to listen to spirit. Following my intuition I select the best techniques to accomplish our intention, and bring about your transformation. That may include any combination of the following.
Reiki Healing: I am a Usui Reiki master. During our session I channel universal life force energy to clear blockages and promote relaxation. This gentle, non-invasive technique encourages the body’s natural healing processes, so the healing may continue long after you leave your session.
Crystal Therapy: I intuitively select crystals to placed on or around your body enhancing your energy flow and to support healing. Each crystal vibrates a unique frequency that can interact with your body’s energy field. This can clear energetic blockages aiding in emotional and physical well-being.
Sound Therapy: Playing the soothing sounds of singing bowls, drums, or other instruments I’ll help to release tension and promote a deep sense of peace. I’m guided to play the most appropriate sound vibrations to restore harmony, and balance within your energy field.
Oracle Card Reading: Oracle cards are a fun way to gain insights into your current life situations. I may provide a reading to offer guidance and clarity for your personal journey.
