PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SITES AND OUR SERVICES, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF YOU, THE USER, CUSTOMER, OR PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMER, TO READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING TO USE THIS SITE. IF YOU DO NOT EXPRESSLY AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS OR USE OUR SITES OR OUR SERVICES. THIS TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT IS EFFECTIVE AS OF 01/01/2018.
The term “you” refers to anyone who uses, visits, and/or views the website. Guided Healing Pathways, LLC (“company,” “I,” “we,” or “us”) reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions in its sole discretion at any time without notice and by using the website, you accept those amendments. It is your responsibility to periodically check the website for updates.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
The following Terms of Service Agreement (the “TOS”) is a legally binding agreement that shall govern the relationship with our users and others who may interact or interface with Guided Healing Pathways LLC by Clarissa Wrightson, located at 3900 Skippack Pike Unit B1, Skippack, Pennsylvania 19474 and our subsidiaries and affiliates, in association with the use of the Holistic Interior Services website, which includes https://guidedhealingpathways.com/, (the “Site”) and its Services, which shall be defined below.
DESCRIPTION OF WEBSITE SERVICES OFFERED
The Site is an informational and service-oriented platform designed to provide potential, current, and past clients with details about our spiritual energy healing, holistic interior decorating and spiritual services. Users may access information about the founder and principal decorator, explore project portfolios, view testimonials, connect via our social media accounts, or contact us through an online submission form. All visitors to our Site are hereby referred to as “users” of the Services as outlined in this Terms of Service (“TOS”).
Users acknowledge and agree that the Services provided through our website, along with any related applications—including mobile applications and integrations with social media networks or other platforms—are the exclusive property of Guided Healing Pathways LLC. Guided Healing Pathways LLC may, at its discretion, offer additional services or products or modify, update, or revise any existing content and Services, and this Agreement will apply to all additional, updated, or revised Services unless stated otherwise. Guided Healing Pathways LLC reserves the right to discontinue or cease offering any Services or products without prior notice.
As the end user, you acknowledge, accept, and agree that Guided Healing Pathways LLC shall not be held liable for any such modifications, updates, or discontinuations. Continued use of the Services following the posting of such updates constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to regularly review this Agreement and any applicable terms and policies to remain informed of any updates. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately. Furthermore, users understand and agree that the Services are provided “AS IS,” and Guided Healing Pathways LLC assumes no liability for delays, data loss, missed deliveries, or the failure to store user content or personalization settings.
PRIVACY POLICY
All member’s registration data and other personal information are strictly protected by the Guided Healing Pathways LLC Online Privacy Policy (see the full Privacy Policy). As a member, you herein consent to the collection and use of the information provided, including the transfer of information within the United States and/or other countries for storage, processing, or use by Guided Healing Pathways and/or our subsidiaries and affiliates.
MANDATORY ARBITRATION AND GOVERNING LAW
You expressly waive any legal claims you may have now or in the future arising from or related to the website and our products/services. In the event of a dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to your use of this website, the terms and conditions shall be construed under Pennsylvania, United States laws.
You agree first to resolve any disputes or claims through mandatory arbitration, and you consent to and submit to the jurisdiction and courts of Pennsylvania without regard to conflict of law principles or where the parties are located at the time of the dispute.
You agree to bear the total cost of arbitration to the extent law permits. Participation in arbitration in good faith is a condition precedent to pursuing any other legal or equitable remedies available, such as litigation or any other legal procedure. You also agree that if a legal claim is filed after the required arbitration, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and other legal costs.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, posts, logos, marks, graphics, files, materials, services, products, videos, audio, applications, computer code, designs, downloads, and all other information here (collectively, the “Content”) is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property and unfair competition laws except for any content from others that we are lawfully permitted to use. You are granted a limited, revocable license to print or download Content from the website for your own personal, non-commercial, non-transferrable, informational, and educational use only while ensuring it’s not violating any copyright, trademark, intellectual property, or proprietary rights.

On this website, we may provide free products for download and sell paid courses, programs, physical or digital products, and any other related materials (collectively, “products”). All our products and/or services, including all content, are copyright protected under US and international copyright laws. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ALLOWED
All sales of products and/or services on this website are final. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges allowed except where noted. Services are non-transferable except where noted. You may reschedule an appointment with 24 hrs. notice. Please carefully review all products before purchasing to ensure that you have purchased the correct product. There are no refunds for pre-paid classes or sessions. If you are unable to attend a class or session you may reschedule through the Client Panel, or gift your slot to someone of your choosing. To gift your session you must inform us by email at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, and include the recipient’s name, and contact information with the name of the session. If you wish to pay cash in person, you may book that option when it is available for that session. We genuinely believe in giving more than receiving, and each of our products, and services is designed by keeping this core principle in mind. Failure to use the product or service you purchased from us does not give you the right to refuse payment of any associated charges.
NO WARRANTIES
ALL CONTENT, INFORMATION, PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES ON THE WEBSITE ARE “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PURPOSE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, GUIDED HEALING PATHWAYS LLC MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES AS TO THE CONTENT, INFORMATION, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS, AND/OR SERVICES PROVIDED ON THIS WEBSITE. SEVERABILITY

Guided Healing Pathways, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to (a) revise these Terms and Conditions; (b) modify the website and/or any services or products it offers; and (c) discontinue the website and/or products or services at any time. Any changes to these terms will take effect immediately. You agree to review these Terms and Conditions, and any other online policies posted on the website regularly to be aware of any changes. You agree to be bound by the revision if you continue to use or access the website after these modifications.
